Job Summary
Build robust, scalable automation scripts for functional, regression, API, and performance testing across mobile and web platforms. Design and maintain test frameworks while understanding code-flow interactions to execute end-to-end quality checks. Debug issues, provide accurate task estimates, and integrate Jenkins for automation metrics and CI/CD pipelines. Research emerging tools and methodologies to upgrade existing practices and participate in architectural discussions. Own product development quality and mentor team members within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years overall SDET/similar experience
- Strong programming/scripting experience with languages such as, Python, Java, or Ruby
- Good knowledge with automation framework such as Selenium, Webdriver and Appium
- Strong experience with Agile development incorporating CI/CD, Utilizing technologies such as GIT, Jenkins
- Knowledge in API level testing
- Ability to write clean, runnable, readable, and efficient code in addition to debugging when needed
- Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks available in the market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and ability to think abstractly
