Job Summary
Senior Scrum Master for one of our clients in the energy sector. You will coach one or more Scrum teams and Product Owners, facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), support SAFe activities (PI Planning, ART alignment), foster a DevOps mindset and collaboration with stakeholders, and help with planning/prioritization in management and development activities. Requires 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in complex IT, experience with DevOps, Agile in large organizations, SAFe experience, Jira proficiency, and fluency in Dutch and English. Location is Arnhem with a Hybrid work arrangement (July 2026 – July 2027).
Required Qualifications
- Higher professional/university working and thinking level
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master within complex IT environments
- Experience with DevOps teams
- Experience with Agile working within larger, complex organizations
- Experience with SAFe (ART and/or PI Planning)
- Demonstrable experience with improving team performance and removing impediments
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience with tooling such as JIRA
- Organizationally sensitive and capable of guiding teams in their development
