Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews for cloud modernization initiatives supporting the USCG at C5ISC. Coach team members on Agile principles, remove impediments, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth sprint execution. Track and report progress using JIRA and Confluence while collaborating with Product Owners to refine backlogs. Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and align work with USCG mission priorities and Leidos delivery standards. This role is part of a high-impact program focused on delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions that enable operational agility and resilience across the USCG enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business)
- 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and DevSecOps principles
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting DHS, USCG, or other federal cloud modernization efforts
- Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience working with technical teams in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT environments
