Job Summary
Coach teams on Scrum and SAFe principles while enforcing process rules and Definition of Done. Facilitate ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning. Coordinate with Product Owners to prioritize features and develop User Stories meeting acceptance criteria. Maintain information radiators and collect team metrics to drive continuous improvement. Support large technical programs within a government infrastructure defense environment.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- At least 7 years of current or very recent work experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience working as a Scrum Master for a software development or similar technical team
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)
