Job Summary
Senior SCM Coordinator coordinates end-to-end sourcing with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure timely procurement and fulfillment across North America, manages supplier relationships, supports pricing updates and cost tracking, tracks item setup and launch readiness, and collaborates with Brand, Finance, Culinary, and Operations to align procurement with marketing calendars and sales forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of purchasing or procurement experience in foodservice, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments
- Strong knowledge of distributor networks (Sysco, Imperial Dade, 3PL frozen warehouses) and food category sourcing
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP platforms (SAP a plus), and procurement software tools
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional roles requiring alignment between supply chain, culinary, marketing, and operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
