Job Summary
Analyze spatial and single-cell multiomic data to delineate pathogenic cell states and generate actionable mechanistic insights for drug discovery. Design intelligent agentic workflows that streamline algorithm deployment and contribute to the evaluation of foundation models and virtual cell models. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including biologists and data scientists to advance disease biology understanding. Lead high-profile presentations and publications while mentoring interns and junior scientists to foster a collaborative research environment.
Required Qualifications
- PhD completed by August 2026 in systems biology, computational biology, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant academic or industry experience
- Experience in analyzing cellular multiomic data in academia or industry using Python
- Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic analysis workflows
- Record of productivity, innovation, and impact, demonstrated through publications or patents
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a successful history of collaboration across analytical disciplines
