As a Senior Scientist, you will lead the transfer of USP processes developed by the Cell Culture Development department and manage a team of 4 production technicians. Responsibilities include driving technical and GMP batches, collaborating on GMP campaigns, and ensuring compliance during transfer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or engineering degree in biotechnology, process engineering, biochemistry or related scientific field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in GMP environment, preferably within a biopharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing unit
- Experience in process transfer
