Job Summary
Formulate programs and create solutions for customers by leading formulation development, project management, and commercialization of materials. Conduct complex experiments requiring interpretation and analysis while guiding, training, and developing others to solve technical problems. Drive business adoption of technology and meet customer needs through independent problem-solving and innovation across multiple R&D segments. Work primarily in Midland, Michigan with 10-20% travel to Cleveland, OH. This role serves as a typical entry point for PhD hires within Qnity's global team advancing advanced electronics and high-tech industries.
