Job Summary
Lead computational biology analyses of late-stage NIC data, integrating multi-modal datasets (clinical, proteomics, RNA-Seq, epigenetics, single-cell, spatial transcriptomics) to advance biomarker discovery, patient subgroup stratification, and mechanism studies. Apply machine learning and advanced statistics to generate hypotheses for drug differentiation, combination strategies, and indication expansion; support reverse translation to inform early-stage trials. Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and contribute to scientific reports and publications, partnering with bioinformaticians, statisticians, biologists, biomarker leads, and clinicians to drive patient-impact insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of academic/industry experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience in computational biology or a related field.
