Senior Scientist, Medical Affairs Oncology

Develop and execute a robust medical strategy for the assigned therapeutic area, aligned with affiliate priorities and broader brand objectives. Provide medical leadership and expertise to support cross-functional planning, scientific strategy, and field activities while establishing credible relationships with external experts, academic centers, and stakeholders. Manage Investigator-Initiated Studies through scientific assessment and internal coordination, and deliver scientific presentations and medical education to healthcare professionals. Review and synthesize scientific literature to identify key trends, and contribute medical input into brand strategy, lifecycle planning, and early asset development. Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and AbbVie standards while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accuracy across materials and initiatives.
