Conceive and execute novel scientific research and development to achieve project goals; generate new proposals and lead efforts; investigate, identify, develop, and optimize methods and techniques; act as lead scientist within domain; develop and validate mechanistic and hybrid models for CHO-based cell culture and downstream purification; lead AI capabilities buildout for natural language driven problem solving with models; build and maintain computational guidance and workflow; develop AI skills for automated documentation and knowledge management; mentor/supervise a team; publish in peer‐reviewed journals; stay current with literature and integrate findings into programs; ensure compliance with code of conduct, safety, controlled substances, and GxP; strong programming skills (Python, shell scripting) and experience in HPC/cloud environments; compensation range described for location in US/PR
