Job Summary
The role involves performing required tests in the Reference Standard Laboratory, maintaining a GLP environment, and executing projects timely and efficiently. Responsibilities include verifying project test protocols, supporting departmental project reviews, planning and coordination of laboratory projects, training staff, conducting internal and external audits, and troubleshooting technical issues. Required expertise includes proficiency in chromatographic methods, knowledge of GLP regulations, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of relevant laboratory experience for Ph.D. candidates
- 11 to 13 years of relevant laboratory experience for Master’s degree candidates
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality for APIs
- Expert in chromatographic analysis, particularly in HPLC, GC and IC
- Proficient in other analytical instrumentation such as Mass Spectrometry, Titration, IR, KF, UV, Thermal analysis, Elemental analysis
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thorough knowledge of Empower software
- Good technical and analytical skills to independently resolve issues
- Strong understanding of GLP regulations and exposure to external regulatory audits
