Senior Scientist I/II - Oncology

Senior Scientist I/II in Oncology Biotherapeutics leading in vitro cell-based assay work for drug-conjugate discovery. Independently and collaboratively design, execute, and analyze cell and molecular biology experiments (e.g., cell viability assays, flow cytometry, JESS, western blot, MSD) to profile small molecules and biologics and elucidate mechanisms of action. Cultivate cells with sterile techniques, including genetic engineering and validation of cell lines; operate laboratory automation equipment for screens; maintain detailed records; mentor teammates; and contribute to project teams across Biomedical Research for target validation and drug optimization. Requires BS/MS in biology or related field and 5+ years of industry experience with cellular assay development and high-throughput screening preferred.
