Job Summary
Lead assigned accounts, drive client interactions and brand strategy, and oversee the scientific portion of brand planning and business development. Manage resource allocation, partner with client services to develop SOWs and timelines, and identify areas for new and organic growth while planning, developing, and overseeing scientific content across various therapeutic areas. This fully remote Senior Scientific Director role requires 10+ years of experience in promotional medical education, advanced scientific degrees, and demonstrated expertise in oncology.
Required Qualifications
- This position is based fully remote (working from home)
- An advanced degree in science
- 10 or more years of relevant job experience with promotional medical education content such as advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks, etc
- demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
- the ability to analyze and interpret scientific data
- the ability to multitask
- the ability to work independently
- the ability to manage projects within tight deadlines with limited direction
- Experience with established professional medical editorial processes (eg, AMA style) and ethical guidelines
- Experience with oncology
