Senior Scientific Director - Oncology, Medical Communications

Job Summary
Senior Scientific Director leads planning, development, and oversight of scientific content for assigned accounts across therapeutic areas, manages most scientific contributions across large/multiple accounts, directs client interactions and brand strategy, oversees scientific portions of brand planning and business development, and coordinates resource allocation, SOWs, and timelines. Requires an advanced science degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to analyze and interpret scientific data, multitasking and independent project management capabilities, and proficiency with AMA style editorial processes and ethical guidelines; oncology experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in science required
- 8+ years of experience with promotional medical education content (advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks, etc.)
- Experience with established professional medical editorial processes (e.g., AMA style) and ethical guidelines
- Oncology experience
