Senior Scientific Director, Medical Affairs

Champion development and execution of the cross-functional Integrated Medical Affairs Plan, maintaining deep scientific and medical knowledge of CNS disease states. Serve as the senior medical and scientific leader to generate and implement strategy, acting as a Disease State expert and Medical Reviewer for MLR and Promotional review. Proactively bring the HCP voice to cross-functional teams, identify data gaps for Investigator Initiated Studies, and partner with Health Outcomes to prioritize real-world evidence generation. Provide training for internal staff, assist with data generation and interpretation for Phase 4 studies, and oversee the dissemination of clinical and non-clinical data for high-quality publications. Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with clinical experts, societies, and advocacy groups while presenting medical content at congresses and advisory boards. Build trusted partnerships across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and Legal to ensure adherence to global Medical Affairs standards. Provide senior medical leadership for business strategy, innovation, and new product development across the Definium Portfolio.
