Job Summary
Develop and maintain cost and resource-loaded project schedules for large water and wastewater projects using Primavera P6. Plan pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities while analyzing survey reports, maps, and topographical data to estimate durations and equipment. Identify schedule risks, monitor progress, and adjust timelines to align with project requirements and deadlines. Communicate updates to stakeholders, prepare time impact analyses and change notices, and mentor junior schedulers. Present bid proposals and construction sequences to support project feasibility and invoice generation. Full-time on-site role in Gresham, OR, with a salary range of $190,000-$220,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training
- Minimum 10 years verifiable experience in construction work sequencing, productivity, and scheduling as well as preparing and maintaining detailed construction schedules
- Experience scheduling projects over $100 million
- Experience scheduling 2 or more water or wastewater treatment plant projects and ability to provide personal references from owner representatives as such
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Expert level experience utilizing Primavera P6
- Experience in development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating, analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits
- Experience with Cost and Resource loaded schedules
- Proficiency with construction management software (Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience
- Full-time on the project site

Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as: Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)
- Working knowledge of other scheduling software (MS Project, Asta, NetPoint, etc.)
- Experience with schedule analytic software (SmartPM, Acumen Fuse, Schedule Validator, etc.)
- Experience with 4D scheduling software
- Experience with Lean Construction or Last Planner System
- Primavera database administration experience
