Job Summary
Oversee total scheduling effort and technical schedule management at designated construction project sites to ensure project execution aligns with schedule, plans, specifications, and contract requirements. Interfacing with superintendents, foremen, trades, project managers, client representatives, and A/E representatives while maintaining strong communication with the Director of Scheduling, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Establish rapport with field management teams, support project positions through strong leadership, and drive bi-monthly schedule updates. Assist project teams with Time Impact Analysis, plan work, and anticipate procurement needs. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management or Civil Engineering, 8+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Acumen, and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related degree
- 8+ years of similar construction scheduling experience or equivalent combination of training and/or related experience
- Thorough use and knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems, principles and practices, especially Primavera P6 software
- Experience with Primavera, Acumen and Microsoft Office
- Comprehensive knowledge of current scheduling industry standards and practices
