Job Summary
Senior Scheduling Manager leads planning and scheduling across electrical construction projects, developing, maintaining, and overseeing schedules that reflect scope and sequencing; ensures resource-loaded schedules; collaborates with Estimating/Preconstruction and field leadership; leads weekly scheduling meetings, performs site visits to verify schedule accuracy, and mentors scheduling staff. Responsibilities include creating structured Work Breakdown Structures, supporting bid schedules, reviewing schedule updates, and acting as Hiring Manager for Planning and Scheduling roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
- Strong experience supporting electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred.
- Proven experience working closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams.
- Expert proficiency with Primavera P6, including resource loading and labor leveling.
