Job Summary
Senior Scheduling Manager is a key member of Field Operations, responsible for leading planning and scheduling across electrical construction projects (data center/mission critical). Develop, maintain, and oversee schedules from bid phase forward, ensure resource-loaded schedules, support Estimating/Preconstruction, define scope with WBS, lead weekly scheduling meetings, conduct site visits to validate schedule accuracy, participate in client/GC reviews, and serve as Hiring Manager for Planning and Scheduling roles while mentoring scheduling staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls
- Strong experience supporting electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred
- Proven experience working closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams
- Skills & Abilities: Expert proficiency with Primavera P6, including resource loading and labor leveling
