Senior Scheduling Engineer (Site Based/Travel Required)

Job Summary
Develop proposal and pre-construction schedules, create Project Execution Plans, and load resources into schedule activities with tiebacks to project estimates. Collect status information, enter data into the schedule, and review physical site conditions to verify information. Analyze performance to date, forecast future production, and identify potential schedule risk events to communicate to the Project Manager. Develop "what if" scenarios, document adverse conditions for claims avoidance, and participate in regular schedule reviews. Maintain 4D models and perform productivity analysis as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant construction scheduling experience
- Candidates may permanently reside anywhere in the US but must will be willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)
Desired Qualifications
- Some exposure to construction logistics, techniques, materials, equipment, crew sizing, and sequencing
- Experience with multiple construction market types (healthcare, automotive, civil, industrial, sports facilities, etc.)
- Basic understanding of scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6
