Job Summary

Senior Scheduling Coordinator (Clinical) leads a team of Scheduling Coordinators to deliver efficient clinical schedules for allied health and nursing services. Guides and coaches the scheduling team, applies prioritisation best practices, and optimises processes to ensure the right care is delivered at the right time. Partners with the Team Leader to influence change, foster engagement, and drive continuous improvement. The role involves workforce planning, triaging referrals, scheduling changes, rostering support, leave management, compliance with scheduling guidelines, data-driven performance monitoring, coordination with third-party clinical providers when internal capacity is unavailable, and contributing to after-hours rostering and on-call support. Hybrid work is offered with three in-office days in Aspley, Oxley, or the Sunshine Coast, Australia, along with remote work options and a competitive salary package.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling, rostering, logistics or other coordination roles
  • Clinical or aged care experience not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Empathy and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience leading, coaching & developing a team
  • Proven experience with adhering to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements
