Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance for residential and commercial properties while ensuring services stay within budget and maintain quality. Liaise with contractors and maintenance staff to evaluate and manage their performance, responding directly to client maintenance requests and concerns. Maintain accurate records of all activities and prepare reports on maintenance activities and expenses, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards. Oversee operations for high net-worth property clients to deliver high-class service and satisfaction. Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; evening or weekend work may be required for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance or related fields
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in property maintenance software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations
