Job Summary
Senior Scheduler/Planner responsible for implementing project planning and scheduling strategy for midstream/pipeline construction, coordinating WBS and CBS development with project controls and contractors, preparing integrated planning and baseline updates, generating master schedules with resource and cost loading, labor histograms, and schedule risk analyses. Role involves interface with project teams to ensure accurate schedules, conducting critical path and variance analysis, reporting schedule performance, and ensuring data from vendors and contractors feeds into scheduling systems. Requires proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, and experience in Energy/Midstream/Pipeline projects; minimum 10 years post-graduate experience; on-site presence in Houston.
Required Qualifications
- A recognized relevant university degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management
- Experience delivering scheduling functions within the Energy Sectors/Midstream/Pipeline
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse)
- Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver status reports
- Experience in consultancy or owner organizations; large capital projects or EPC/EPCM
- Earned Value and Risk Analysis methodologies experience
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI and risk analysis a plus
