Job Summary
Coordinate the movement of Renewable Diesel Feedstocks and LPG/Naphtha from the Gulf Coast Renewable Diesel Plant via vessel, pipeline, and rail. Fulfill contractual obligations with external counterparts and internal production requirements through daily communication with Commercial trading, Economics, Planning, Operations, and external vendors. Create nominations, track feedstock movement, and make timely adjustments to runout and supply chain schedules. Manage relationships with third-party terminals, the rail fleet, and vendors while handling order creation, expense tracking, and documentation reconciliation. Oversee team adherence to internal Risk, Compliance, and Accounting requirements, including training team members on daily tasks. This role is onsite in The Woodlands, TX, requiring 5 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business or related discipline
- 7+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain or scheduling environment with commodity products
- prefer Supply Chain Management
- Experience working in a trading environment interacting with internal and external counterparts
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Excel Skills
- This position is on site 5 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- renewable energy experience preferred
- Macro understanding of Energy/Ag markets and economics
- Preferred ERP System experience
- RightAngle preferred
