Job Summary
Build and control high-quality integrated master schedules for complex industrial and federal projects, integrating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities. Apply critical path analysis, Monte Carlo risk analysis, and resource loading to drive realistic forecasts and identify delays early. Track progress, measure performance, and produce clear delay analysis reports while supporting change management and claims assessments. Coordinate with project management and discipline leads to maintain actionable schedules, prepare narratives and recovery plans for leadership, and mentor junior personnel. This role involves substantial coordination with client and federal facilities, including on-site reviews and travel as needed. Based near Little Rock, Arkansas, with remote work permitted during the first year.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project scheduling and controls on complex, preferably fast-track industrial or federal projects
- Proven experience serving as the lead scheduler on at least two full-duration projects of significant scale and complexity
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical or management field
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of critical path method
- Strong understanding of resource loading
- Strong understanding of earned value concepts
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex schedule issues to non-specialists
- Must be able to pass a general background check
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Ability and willingness to support on-site schedule reviews and progress meetings at client and federal facilities as required
- Must be able to reside within commuting distance of Little Rock, AR or be willing to relocate to the area
- Must be available for travel as needed to support schedule development, progress updates, and delay analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with schedule risk analysis tools
- PSP certification
- PMI-SP certification
- Prior experience on defense manufacturing, high-hazard process, or large industrial facility projects
- Experience integrating commissioning and production qualification milestones into the IMS
- Familiarity with forensic delay analysis and claims support
- Ability to speak Korean
