Job Summary
Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method. Define clear responsibility and ownership for all deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure. Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to ensure client outcomes. Ensure adherence to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents. Provide regular updates on schedule progress. This role requires on-site presence three days per week in Augusta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners
- Have mission critical or data center specific experience
- Are detailed oriented and quality focused
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Have working experience of using P6
- Please note this role requires you on site three days per week in Augusta, GA
