Job Summary
Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical plan method. Define clear responsibility and ownership for all deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners to ensure great client outcomes. Ensure schedules adhere to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents. Provide regular updates on schedule progress. This role requires demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience, P6 proficiency, and a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction. Salary ranges from $108,000 to $145,067.
Required Qualifications
- Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners
- Are detailed oriented and quality focused
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Have working experience of using P6
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
