Job Summary
Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical plan method. Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to drive client outcomes. Ensure schedules adhere to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents. Provide regular updates on schedule progress. This role requires demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience, proficiency in P6, and a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction. Salary range is $108,000-$145,000.
Required Qualifications
- Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners
- Are detailed oriented and quality focused
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Have working experience of using P6
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
