Senior Scheduler - Life Sciences Construction

Develop, monitor, and update the Owner's Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while establishing the schedule management program for large-scale capital programs. Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance, prepare baseline schedules and basis documents for approval, and conduct resource loading and leveling. Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, assess impacts on the critical path, and monitor deviations to develop corrective actions. Apply EVM methodology to measure progress and prepare periodic progress reports with trending charts. Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages, ensuring schedule credibility and adherence to SOX controls where applicable.
