Job Summary
Senior Scheduler responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining all aspects of planning and scheduling for various project types. Collaborates with project teams to ensure timely development of baseline schedules, provides schedule updates, and manages implementation throughout the project life cycle. Mentors junior schedulers, reviews contracts for scheduling needs, and profiles critical timelines to ensure schedules reflect site requirements. Some travel required; role emphasizes coordination with project teams, delivering on-time schedules, and providing contingency options to accelerate progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience including four (4) years of field construction experience on large ground-up projects
- Minimum of six (6) years in project scheduling
- Experience working on public works and related infrastructure projects
- Software proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 ( Primavera Unifier a plus )
