Job Summary
Senior Scheduler responsible for developing and maintaining the Owners' IMS, establishing the schedule management program for large-scale capital programs, interfacing with project stakeholders as trusted advisors, preparing baseline schedules and schedule basis documents, conducting resource loading and leveling, consolidating contractor schedules into the IMS, assessing impacts on the critical path, monitoring deviations, applying Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure progress, reviewing schedules with the project team, producing schedule progress reports and trend analyses, maintaining data credibility, and coordinating with clients and other consultants. Requires Primavera P6 expertise, 5-7 years of construction/project controls experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time role based in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment
- Expertise using Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills
