Job Summary
Oversee all planning and scheduling aspects for assigned projects while serving as the scheduling expert for the Business Unit. Perform advanced CPM schedule loading, analyze variances and trends across multiple schedules, and execute the delay claims process with the Legal Department. Make recommendations to Divisional management on adopting latest scheduling practices and industry standards. Ensure proper controls and update procedures are followed on all projects by conducting monthly audits and reviewing risk mitigation plans. Train Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling software and use industry-standard tools to support the scheduling process. Manage workload and deliverables while balancing backlogged recoveries. This role supports a ~$5B healthcare program within a Top-10 ENR Contractor shaping communities since 1870.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8-17 years of related experience
- Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar
- In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, sequences, crew sizes, productivity rates, manpower analysis, cash flow, and CPM scheduling
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
