Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Develop, monitor, and update the owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while establishing the schedule management program for large-scale capital programs. Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance, prepare baseline schedules and basis documents, and conduct resource loading and leveling. Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, assess critical path impacts, and monitor deviations to develop corrective actions using EVM methodology. Review schedules regularly to ensure accurate data, prepare progress reports and trending charts, and maintain records of scope changes. Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. On-site presence required. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with 5-7 years of experience in complex matrix environments and Primavera P6 expertise.
