Job Summary
Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale data center construction project. Responsibilities include developing, monitoring and updating the IMS; establishing the schedule management program; interfacing with project stakeholders; preparing baseline schedules and schedule basis documents; conducting resource loading and leveling; consolidating contractor schedules into the IMS; assessing critical path impacts; monitoring deviations and proposing corrective actions; applying EVM to measure progress; reviewing schedules with project teams; providing schedule progress reports and trend analyses; maintaining records of scope changes and variances; ensuring schedule credibility; liaising with clients and consultants; SOX controls may apply. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 5-7 years of experience; proficiency with Primavera P6; strong communication skills; salary $130K-$170K; full-time role with remote work option not specified as fully remote in Seattle context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment
- Expertise using Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills
