Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform to deliver project status reports. Implement project planning and scheduling strategies while promoting the integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite. Perform critical path and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules, preparing staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports. Provide interface and quality assurance to project functional groups and contractors regarding schedule performance tracking. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in schedule development and Primavera P6 usage. The salary range is $140K-$160K per year. On-site presence in the St. Louis, MO project area is required as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience
- Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis
- Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6
- Ability to travel to the St. Louis, MO project area as needed
