Senior Scheduler (Data Center Construction)

Job Summary
Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method. Define clear responsibility and ownership for all deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure. Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to ensure a great client outcome. Ensure the schedule adheres to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents. Provide regular updates on schedule progress. This role requires demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience, proficiency in P6, and a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction. Based in San Antonio with a hybrid schedule on the Data Center campus.
Required Qualifications
- Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners
- Are detailed oriented and quality focused
- Have worked on hyperscale Data Center projects or similar scale projects
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Have working experience of using P6
- Be based in San Antonio or open to relocate to San Antonio
- This positions is hybrid on the Data Center campus in San Antonio
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
