Senior Scheduler - CQV

Develop and monitor the Project Integrated Master Schedule for large-scale life sciences construction, establishing schedule management programs and baseline documents for project approval. Conduct resource loading, level contractors' schedules, and assess critical path impacts to develop corrective action methods. Apply EVM methodology to measure progress, maintain records of scope changes, and ensure schedule credibility while liaising with clients and consultants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CQV activities into overall timelines, utilizing Primavera P6 to track regulatory compliance and identify delays. Prepare periodic progress reports highlighting key risks and dependencies. Requires 5-7 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical facility construction with a Bachelor's degree in construction management.
