Senior Scheduler - Construction

Job Summary
Senior Scheduler responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating the Owners' Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large-scale capital projects. Responsibilities include establishing the schedule management program, interfacing with project stakeholders, preparing baseline schedules and schedule basis documents, conducting resource loading and leveling, consolidating contractor schedules into the IMS, assessing impacts on the critical path, monitoring deviations, applying EVM to measure progress, generating schedule progress reports and trend analyses, maintaining changes and variances, and ensuring data credibility. Requires Primavera P6 expertise, 5-7 years of construction scheduling experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field. The role involves collaboration with clients and other consultants and may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment
- Expertise using Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills
