Job Summary
Lead and mentor project scheduling teams across multiple active industrial construction programs, overseeing detailed baseline schedules aligned with project scope and execution strategy. Manage ongoing schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting while analyzing performance to identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies. Collaborate closely with project executives, operations teams, and clients to standardize scheduling practices, tools, and reporting across projects and regions. Support both on-site and remote environments with travel as required. This role drives best-in-class project controls throughout the lifecycle of complex builds valued at $60M to $B+, supporting the firm's growth initiative in data centers and advanced manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls
- Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex construction projects
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring scheduling teams
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or data center construction environments
- Experience working on projects valued at $60M to $1B+
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies
- Willingness to travel or work on-site depending on project needs
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PSP, PMI-SP) are a plus
