Job Summary
Advise HR stakeholders on the digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Development processes. Configure, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, with a strong focus on Succession & Development. Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes, fostering seamless connections between succession, development, performance, and skills management. Design solutions ensuring the implementation of HR technology best practices and support initiatives related to Skills Management and skills taxonomies. Manage testing, deployment, change management, and continuous process improvement while facilitating workshops across HR, IT, and business functions. Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Talent Management.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of English is required.
