Job Summary
Lead SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding projects for renowned clients, extending beyond standard implementations to deliver holistic onboarding processes integrated with Recruiting, Learning, G&P, and Employee Central. Provide consulting, empathy, and conceptual thinking while collaborating within a strong expert team characterized by flat hierarchies and genuine teamwork. Leverage experience in at least one additional SAP SuccessFactors module to drive cross-modular expertise or own implementation tracks, operating with high autonomy and significant design freedom. Enjoy flexible working conditions including up to 100% remote options, hybrid setups, and 30 days of vacation, supported by a mobility budget and on-site events.
Required Qualifications
- Langjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
