Job Summary
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM, managing interface development and integration projects within the SAP Business Technology Platform. Lead both technical and conceptual integration efforts during implementation phases, utilizing BTP and Integration Suite expertise. Coordinate onsite client visits for specific integration project days while maintaining remote flexibility. Requires solid SAP SuccessFactors certification, fluent German and English, and experience with SAP HCM integration.
Required Qualifications
- solid experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module (including certification)
- expertise focuses particularly on the integration of SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- no problem working onsite at the client's location for a few days as part of integration projects
- very good command of English
- fluent in German
Desired Qualifications
- experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and/or Integration Suite
