Senior SAP Solution Analyst

Job Summary
Define functional business process requirements for the SAP system by collaborating with business stakeholders, delivery managers, technical architects, and application designers. Serve as the primary IT contact and lead for customer-facing projects, translating use cases into test conditions for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity while participating in quality reviews of designs and prototypes. Create system documentation including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support materials. Work with cross-functional IT teams to design solutions supporting the commercial and order-to-cash organization. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of SAP experience, and in-depth expertise with the SD module. Candidates must be based in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Toluca, Los Reyes, or Nueva Fanal.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be based within close proximity of an O-I office in one of the following areas: Monterrey (Nuevo León), Guadalajara or Zapopan (Jalisco), Querétaro (Querétaro), Toluca (Estado de México), Los Reyes (Estado de México), Nueva Fanal (Estado de México)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Advanced English language skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, supporting business enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP
- Experience with end to end full life cycle SAP implementation
- In-depth expertise with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data
- Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP
- Hybrid Work Model: We provide a flexible work arrangement, requiring employees to be on-site at our office in for 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days working from home
Desired Qualifications
- EDI experience is considered a plus
- Familiarity in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus
