Job Summary
Design and build security frameworks, authorization models, and policies for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori environments. Lead advisory and audit projects across Poland, Central Europe, and globally to identify, analyze, and manage business and IT risks. Define Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards like SOX. Advise clients on establishing relationships between IT and business functions while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP security, strong knowledge of IT General Controls, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid working model with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, analyzing risks, and defining or evaluating mitigating controls within SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) related to SAP systems, including access controls and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in client-facing consulting roles, with the ability to communicate risks and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English and Polish communication skills (both written and verbal) to support collaboration in both local and international projects
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP GRC or other access management tools supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) processes
- Familiarity with audit processes, working alongside internal or external auditors, and understanding of regulatory standards such as SOX
