Job Summary
Conduct SIT, UAT, and cutover support for SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations in the insurance and manufacturing sectors. Prepare functional specifications, configure modules, and lead unit and integration testing while ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards. Deliver post-go-live hypercare support and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams. Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models to drive project success from early June through February. This nine-month engagement includes on-site travel to Danville, IL, and Waukesha, WI, with a requirement for approximately 8-12+ years of SAP FICO experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-12+ years in SAP FICO functional consulting in manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance innovations
- Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to work in the USA, preferably located near Chicago, IL area or Danville, IL and/or Waukesha, WI to travel on site the later two locations throughout the project, whenever needed

- Identify process improvement opportunities in financial operations and insurance accounting
Desired Qualifications

- Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation abilities
- SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting with SAP S/4HANA
- Previous experience in large-scale Automotive, steel or manufacturing sector services SAP
