Job Summary
Analyze existing Quality Management and laboratory processes to define automated workflows for test order management and digital Certificate of Analysis handling. Develop detailed technical and functional blueprints for integrating SAP QM with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and external testing labs via APIs, EDI, and IDoc. Configure SAP QM, lead integration testing, and manage stakeholder workshops with international quality assurance and IT teams. Deliver comprehensive process designs and system architecture specifications by Q3 2026, followed by implementation and user acceptance testing starting Q4 2026. Work within an agile framework supporting a seven-week rotation schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Langjährige Erfahrung als Senior SAP QM Berater / Solution Architect mit tiefgreifendem Modulwissen (Prüfabwicklung, Prüflose, Qualitätszertifikate, Verwendungsentscheid)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Schnittstellen zwischen SAP QM und LIMS (Laborinformationssystemen) oder externen Prüflaboren
- Erfahrener Umgang mit der automatisierten Verarbeitung von Qualitätszertifikaten (Empfang, Validierung und Zuordnung von Certificates of Analysis in SAP QM)
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Erstellung umfassender Fach- und IT-Konzepte (Blueprints) sowie Anforderungsspezifikationen im SAP-Umfeld
- Fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Projektsprache für Konzepte, Dokumentationen und internationale Meetings)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Vorgehensweise und Erfahrung in der Moderation von Fachbereichs-Workshops
- Deutschkenntnisse
- Branchenerfahrung in der Lebensmittel- (FMCG), Konsumgüter- oder Prozessindustrie unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Qualitätsnormen (GXP, HACCP, ISO 9001/22000)
- Kenntnisse agiler Projektmethodiken (Scrum / SAFe) sowie hybrider Vorgehensmodelle in SAP-Transformationsprojekten
