Job Summary
Consult existing customers on SAP HCM application system development and perform independent customizing of SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas and calculation rules. Analyze functional requirements to create practical, sustainable solution concepts and actively contribute to continuous process optimization within the SAP HCM environment. Develop specifications for ABAP developments and collaborate closely with the external development team to support the evolution of custom system landscapes and applications. Optionally develop smaller customer solutions using ABAP, such as BAdIs, reports, or enhancements. Work primarily in homeoffice with occasional team meetings in Oberursel.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im SAP HCM Payroll (PY) Customizing
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schemen, Rechenregeln und den Prozessen der Entgeltabrechnung
- Erfahrung in der Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in ABAP
- Erfahrung mit SAP BTP oder SAP S/4HANA
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teilprojekten
