Job Summary
Senior SAP Project Manager needed to lead planning and delivery of complex SAP and digital transformation programmes for a portfolio of customers across industries. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes, while collaborating with customers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders. The role involves governance and commercial oversight across multiple workstreams, delivering SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA projects (notably in Supply Chain), shaping the Config Team’s PM capability, and contributing to continuous improvement and talent development. Strong experience in SAP-enabled transformations, complex multi-stream programmes, and pre-sales activities (RFPs, SoWs) is required, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The position is permanent and UK-based, with remote work options indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading multiple SAP or large-scale digital transformation projects with end-to-end accountability
- Strong experience delivering SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA projects within Supply Chain environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream programmes involving business and technology stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, risks, and contractual obligations
- Experience working within dynamic, matrixed organisations and managing cross-functional project teams
- Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, and change control processes
- Experience using SAP Activate methodology; SAP Activate certification is advantageous
- Previous involvement in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, quotations, Statements of Work (SoW), customer assessments, and solution evaluations
- Previous line management, mentoring, or team leadership experience
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent project/programme management qualification is desirable
- Valid UK driving licence
