Job Summary
Analyze business processes and strategic goals of industrial clients to derive optimization potentials and translate them into viable SAP-PLM solution scenarios. Act as a Trusted Advisor from strategic consulting through roadmapping to operational implementation of complex PLM landscapes. Own the end-to-end design of processes across the value chain, including idea management, portfolio management, product development, and service processes. Translate technological capabilities such as S/4HANA and IPD into concrete business value. Independently conduct system analyses and perform customizing and targeted adjustments within the SAP-PLM environment. Moderate workshops and manage technical streams while serving as a sparring partner for management and business units.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung im SAP PLM Umfeld
- ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis in der diskreten Fertigung
- Fundierte Systemkenntnisse in relevanten SAP-PLM Komponenten
- Fähigkeit, Customizing und kleinere Anpassungen eigenständig vorzunehmen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Systemkonfiguration, Datenmodellen und Prozessabbildung im SAP-Kontext
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen strukturiert zu analysieren und in realisierbare Lösungskonzepte zu überführen
- Souveränes Auftreten auf Management-Ebene
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
